From Our Sea - Electro Lobster Prioject, St. Julians

Our third event was an al fresco one in the Balluta square in St. Julians at Electro Lobster Project.

Baked paccheri filled with kahli (saddled sea bream)

Of course we had to celebrate the beginning of the lampuki season by serving potato crusted dolphin fish (lampuka) as a main course
